Robyn Ledebuhr, M.A., BCBA
Behavior Department Director
Robyn Ledebuhr is the Behavior Department Director and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She began her career in behavior analysis 13 years ago, climbing the ladder in a growing company in Hermosa Beach, California that focused on early intervention using Applied Behavior Analysis strategies. While there, Robyn returned to school and earned her Master of Education degree at Pepperdine University and then continued to take online classes in behavior analysis with Florida Institute of Technology. She passed her BCBA exam in February of 2012 before moving to Denver, CO in 2015. She started with GoldStar in 2016 and quickly took on the role of Behavior Department Director. As the Behavior Department Director, she facilitates the growth of the behavior program and supports GoldStar’s behavior consults with the creation and implementation of sound behavioral intervention. Additionally, Robyn has 3 beautiful children of her own and watching them grow and take on challenges has only reaffirmed the importance of providing quality support and guidance to not only individuals with developmental delays but also their families.
Jackie graduated with her Master's degree in Communicative Disorders from California State University of Long Beach, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Throughout the last decade Jackie has chased her passion helping others communicate within a variety of settings. Gaining experience with developmental/educational models working within the school district, early intervention and ABA programs, as well as within the medical model in home health care and clinical settings. Working alongside other amazing therapists/interventionists on multi-disciplinary teams she has grown in her ability to see each client holistically, treating communication skills as a means to true connection beyond that of just language and speech disorders. Finding that no matter the setting, her true professional passion lies connecting with her clients and families; truly believing that everyone deserves to find their voice, to be heard, and to belong.
When she's not working, you can find her connecting with her friends or nature, lost outside with her tent. Her favorite activities involve hiking with her labrador, rock climbing, mountain biking, floating on the water, dancing, singing karaoke, and yelling at football games.
